This building was and still is located in Ophir Colorado on the old Rio Grande Southern. Today the building has been renovated and turned into a residence and gift shop. The kit is laser cut basswood and includes a masonry foundation cast in hydrocal plaster. The windows have an adhesive backing to allow glue free application of the glazing. The O scale kit has been redesigned and udated with new signs and chimney's and a much better kit design than the original one we did...
