The Kit is composed of laser cut parts featuring peel and stic doors and windows. The kit includes a pit for each stall and fully integrated floor. Easy assembly makes a great kit and a great addition to your railroad! HO footprint is 11 1/2" deep, 6 1/2" across the front and 8" across the back. The track length inside the building is 10 1/8" and is designed for HO standard gauge locos. It is not designed for expansion to include more stalls. The prototype never serviced MT4's as the original turntable was only 75ft and the MT4's are a bit longer than that....but they look really nice sitting there!.... O scale footprint is 15" x 22" You might ask why the O scale kit is more than double the HO kit? Well, it's 4 times bigger, twice as tall, twice as wide, twice as long, that's 4 times bigger 4 times more box, 4 times more wood, 4 times more laser time. Yes, it's expensive to make and I hope we have priced it right.
