Hydrocal plaster walls, laser cut wood parts, and white metal details including the benches, trash barrels, broom, water pump, chimney's and barrels . Color signs and color decals, laser cut window glazing and roofing material. Reasonably easy to build. A great addition to any model railroad.  (figures not included.)
