Laser cut wood kit, includes full interior timbers and rafter assembly. A template is included to assits in building the fully removable roof. Grandt windows and door hinges for operating doors. The floor is cut for On30 but can easily be modified for On3. The kit would also work for small O scale locos. Footprint for the O version is 15 1/2" x 5". Plenty of room inside for a full machine shop using the machines from Western Scale and our great interior shelves and bins.
