This kit is all laser cut wood and is loaded with detail! It includes all you see except for the figures and veggies. All of the details including boxes and crates, tools, milk cans, the baggage wagon, the work bench, platform, signs, and the semaphore are included. Ground cover is not... This kit is a joy to build and can be completed in a few evenings. It will surely enhance your model railroad and will expand your model building experience!!! Over all footprint is 8" wide by 6" deep..
You may have noted that the web site price is substantially lower than our magazine ads... Well, we were able to get a new run of wood in at last springs pricing before the high fuel prices last summer pushed the raw materials costs through the roof. Well, things have changed and we'd like to say they are below what we were paying for raw materials a year a go. They haven't quite got that low but they have dropped much lower than what we had to pay last fall.
