Several of our products can be mailed in an envelope,
items like cab kits and flat car floors. The shopping cart does not see the
difference between an item that can ship flat vs a larger box, it will charge you the flat rate, in the case of flat items that mail in a first class envelope, you will be
refunded at the time of shipping for anything over the actual shipping cost.
It would be a shame to pay $10 to ship a $5 item, so again, refunds are given in this instance...
