When Orders Ship

Currently I ship every Monday. If your order comes in on a Tuesday, it will ship the following Monday, and so on. This gives me time to work on new kits and keep our other products in stock.

If you need quicker shipping, send me an email and I will do what I can, though expect an extra handling charge.

On rare occasions it may take longer to ship, usually due to custom additions or special orders.

U.S. Orders

Shipping and handling is $12.50 for your entire U.S. order. The shopping cart adds this automatically at checkout.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or, for larger boxes, UPS.

International Orders

International orders are welcome. You can order by email or use the shopping cart.

The shopping cart adds a flat-rate shipping charge. If that charge is more than what the post office actually costs, I will refund the difference.

Please note that large international orders can take up to 15 days to prepare. If postage exceeds $60, I will send a request for the additional amount required to ship your order.

As an alternative, you can email me your order and I can send you a PayPal invoice. You can use any credit card to pay.

Returns

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Contact me for return information and an RMA number. You pay return shipping, and refunds are given when the returned goods are received.

BTW, no returns on special-order kits. We are making these kits specially for you, so please be sure the kit is what you want before ordering.
