Use this as a utilty office, yard office or whatever, works in any scene on any layout, its a simple easy to build kit. All laser cut, is our usual "siding on MDF" construction, that is you build up an interior "box" and then apply the various sidings to complete the structure. To ease painting, we have separated the window and door frames from the mullions and have included an adhesive backing on the mullions to make mounting the glazing a glue free breeze! This is a great 2 or 3 evening project. 
The foot print is 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" Its a small building!
