#2178 HO Poage Type Water Column as used on the EBT and the D&RG

This kit is a Poage water column manufactured by the American Valve and Meter Co. in the early part of the last century... and is widley based on the East Broad Top and D&RG prototypes as both railroads used this type of water column. It is a 3D printed model, all you need to do is add the rigging, the pull handle and the base. Included is a wood base to help set it up. The foundation in this case is wood but you could easily incorporate a concrete foundation to fit your railroad. I will note that these columns could be ordered in any height from the manufacturer and our range is intended for narrow gauge so they are a bit short for most standard gauge operations. If you are in HO and modeling standard gauge then I suggest buying the S scale version as its a bit taller. O, S and HO shown in the smaller photo....
