The kit is composed of a laser cut MDF core overlaid with laser cut siding. This is a fine kit with lots of assembly enjoyment and quite easy to build. Its what makes building kits fun. The kit includes the signs as shown including the large one on the post... This is a versatile little building and could be used as a gun shop, bait and tackle, cigar store, any number of small businesses.....All up to your own creativity. O scale foot print is a scale 3 1/2" wide by 3 3/4" deep..... .
The HO version is 2 1/4" x 2".
